2. Subscription & Services

Blu Rock Web provides a single all-in monthly subscription at $99/month. This covers the design, development, hosting, maintenance, security, backups, and ongoing updates of your custom website. The subscription continues until canceled. There are no contracts and no hidden fees.

3. Payment Terms

• The monthly subscription fee of $99 is billed in advance, typically one month from the day the subscription is signed.
• Late payments may result in suspension of hosting services.
• All fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. No Contracts

We do not require long-term contracts. You may cancel the subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

You own the content you provide (text, images, logos). Blu Rock Web retains ownership of underlying code, frameworks, templates, and tools used to build the site. We grant you a license to use the website for your business purposes.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and lawful content for your website.
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials you supply.
• Respond promptly to requests for review and approval.
• Keep your contact and billing information current.

7. Lead Delivery

We configure forms to deliver leads to your email. We are not liable for leads lost due to issues with your email provider or incorrect contact information provided by you. You are responsible for responding to and handling leads in compliance with applicable laws.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful activities, to infringe the rights of others, or to distribute malicious or offensive content. We reserve the right to refuse or remove content that violates these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Blu Rock Web is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for lost leads, lost revenue, or business interruption beyond our reasonable control.

10. No Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by law.

11. Third-Party Services

Our services may rely on third-party providers (e.g., hosting platforms, email services). We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third parties.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms or fail to pay fees. Upon termination, we may remove your website from our hosting environment after a reasonable grace period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Blu Rock LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
